  • 2 tablespoons nut oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 1 12 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gluten, plus
  • 1 teaspoon gluten
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 14 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 1 14 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 14 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 2 14 teaspoons fast rising yeast (or 2 3/4 t. bread machine yeast) or 2 14 teaspoons instant yeast (or 2 3/4 t. bread machine yeast)

Directions

    Add all ingredients to pan according to the order in the manufacturers directions.

    Set crust on medium or dark and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.

    When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack; let cool to room temperature before slicing.
