Strawberry Pie

Directions

   Cream 3 oz cream cheese with 3 tbsp milk until smooth.

   Spread in bottom of baked 8-inch pie shell.

   Press quart strawberries into cream cheese.

   Crush remaining half of berries with 1 cup sugar and 3 tbsp cornstarch.

   Cook until thick; add 2 tbsp butter.

   Cool; then spread over berries in w/and the cream cheese.

   Chill several hours.
