  • 2 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
  • 3 drops red food coloring

    Combine and cook 5 to 6 minutes the first 4 ingredients; remove from heat.

    Stir in gelatin and food coloring.

    Place washed, stemmed and drained strawberries in baked pie crust.

    Pour glaze over berries.

    Chill in refrigerator.

    Serve with whipped cream.
