  • 1 c. water
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • whipped cream

    Cook cornstarch, sugar and water until thick.

    Cool slightly; add gelatin.

    Set aside.

    Cover bottom of pie shell with strawberries.

    Add gelatin mixture.

    Top with whipped cream. Chill.
