  • 2 (12 oz.) cans Sprite
  • 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 qt. strawberries, washed and halved
  • 2 pie crusts

    Bake pie crust. In at least an 8-cup microwavable glass bowl, add sugar and cornstarch. Whisk together until blended. Add Sprite and whisk until well blended. Place in microwave and cook as follows:

    4:44, stir with whisk; 3:33, stir with whisk; 2:22, stir with whisk; 1:11, stir with whisk. Add Jell-O and let cool. Put strawberries in baked pie crust. Pour mixture over strawberries.
