  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 qt. strawberries, hulled
  • 1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch and add boiling water.

    Cook over medium heat until thick and add Jell-O.

    Put strawberries in a baked pie shell.

    Pour cooked mixture over berries.

    Chill and serve with whipped cream.
