  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 c. fresh strawberries
  • butter crust pie shell
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch and strawberry jello and add 1 cup water. Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Cool and add strawberries.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Top with whipped cream.
