Strawberry Pie

Directions

   Mix cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar and spread on bottom of pie crust.

   Reserve 20 large berries.

   Heat remaining berries over low heat.

   When the berries start to boil, add sugar and cornstarch and cook until clear.

   Cool.

   Pour over the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.

   Use the 20 large berries to decorate top of pie.

   Serve with whipped topping.
