  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 to 3 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar and cornstarch.

    Add 1 cup of water.

    Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and add 1/2 of Jell-O (3 tablespoons).

    Cool.

    Add 2 to 3 cups fresh strawberries.

    Put in pie shell and refrigerate.
