  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs seasoned, whole grain
  • 1/4 cup onions minced
  • 1/4 cup celery minced
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, tamari
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable salt
  • 1 x black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
