  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 pkg. (3 3/4 ounces) lemon flavored instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 egg white, unbeaten
  • 1 pt. of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (7-ounce) can of whipped light cream
  • strawberries for garnish
