- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 1/8 c. water
Directions

1Mix thoroughly all ingredients.

2Roll out on a floured surface. Cover and let dry 3 to 4 hours.

3Roll out to approximately 1/8-inch thick.

4After dough is dry, roll up and cut into thin noodles. Unroll and mix slowly in boiling broth.

5Cook approximately 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
