  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Half & Half
  • 1 Half Stick (1/4 cup) Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup freeze-dried strawberry slices
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

    Gently place 3 donuts and 3 donut holes into oil.

    Cook 1 minute; flip donuts.

    Continue cooking 1 minute or until golden brown.

    Transfer to cooling rack placed over paper towels.

    Cool about 1 minute.

    Repeat with remaining donuts making sure oil temperature returns to about 360 degrees F in between batches.
