- 1 beef brisket (1 to 2 lb.)
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200° to 250°.

2Place brisket on large piece of aluminum foil, large enough to cover meat with enough left to fold into a package.

3Sprinkle onion soup onto meat and fold foil to cover meat.

4Crimp edges of foil together to seal the meat.

5Place in baking dish and place in oven in the morning on way to work or school.

6By 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., your brisket is done.

7Knife not necessary.
