- flour
- white or red cooking wine
- lemon
- butter
- olive oil
Directions

1Remove skin

2Cut fish in to strips

3Dust with flour on both sides

4In a large frying pan add 1 tablespoon butter and add oil.

5Add fish.

6When the fish is golden on both sides add a heavy splash of wine.

7Cook for 1 more minute remove and squeeze lemon on top
