- 1 lb. beef sirloin
- 2 Tbsp. flour (more for thicker sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oil
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 c. sour cream
- cooked rice or noodles
Directions

1Cut sirloin into strips and coat with flour.

2Heat skillet and add butter or oil.

3When melted, brown beef.

4Add mushrooms and onion, then add tomato sauce and beef broth.

5Simmer for 1/2 hour to an hour.

6For thicker sauce, simmer longer.

7For thin sauce, add more liquids (equal parts).

8Before serving add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
