- 3 whole chicken breasts
- 1 stalk celery tops
- 3 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 lb. ground beef (meat loaf mixture)
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 pkg. carrots and peas
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 small can chopped pimento
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of cayenne
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen shrimp
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts (halved) with 4 cups water, the tops from a full stalk of celery and 2 1/2 teaspoons salt for about 30 minutes or until tender.

2Remove the chicken.

3Cool, skin and cut into chunks.

4Reserve broth.
