Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks (save whites)
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni
  • 12 oz. Provolone cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven at 350°.

    Combine parsley, pepper, oil, oregano, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and egg yolks and spread on rolled out bread dough.

    Layer 1/2 pound pepperoni (sliced) and 12 ounces Provolone cheese (sliced) on top of mixture.

    Roll dough like a jelly roll, and place on greased cookie sheet.

    Be sure to place rolled stromboli, seam down.

    Brush top of roll with egg whites. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
