- 5 loaves thawed and risen bread dough
- 3 large pkg. sausage (country-style)
- 2 pkg. Borden American cheese slices
- garlic powder (sprinkle)
- Italian seasoning (sprinkle)
Directions

1Take sausage out of skin and cook it.

2Then crumble it up and divide it in 5 portions.

3Roll the dough out on a floured surface (flour rolling pin, too).

4Spread the sausage in the middle of the dough.

5Season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

6Use 6 slices of cheese for each dough.

7Fold over the ends of dough and pinch like for pastie.

8If dough doesn't seal, sprinkle with a little water and pinch again.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
