  • 1 loaf frozen bread (let thaw and rise)
  • Gulden's brown mustard
  • oregano and garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. tavern, baked or boiled ham
  • 1/2 lb. hard salami
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
  • diced onions (optional)
  • egg

Directions

    Roll thawed bread into a rectangle.

    Spread with brown mustard. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.

    Layer ham, hard salami, Provolone cheese and diced onion.

    Fold into thirds; seal and brush with egg.

    Spray aluminum foil-lined cookie sheet with Pam.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until dough is brown.
