- 1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1/2 lb. chopped meat
- 1 can stewed tomatoes without juice
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. Mozzarella
- garlic
Directions

1Brown meat, pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons oil with garlic. Add tomatoes.

2Drain all liquid so mixture is very dry.

3Flatten out crescent rolls into 1 sheet, mush seams together so there are no holes.

4Place meat and vegetable mixture on one half and bring other side over.

5Press edges together.

6Cook 35 minutes at 350° until crust is golden brown.

7Serves 2 adults and 1 to 2 children. Repeat recipe to make more Strombolis as needed.
