  • 4 strips bacon
  • olive oil
  • sliced potatoes
  • sliced carrots
  • 1 or 2 cans beef broth (Campbell's)
  • 6 to 8 strips lean steak
  • sliced onions

    In large frying pan, brown bacon and steak in olive oil.

    Add a layer of each vegetable.
