  • 4 potatoes, sliced thin
  • 3 small onions, sliced thin
  • 1 small head cabbage, sliced thin
  • 2 cans mushroom soup, as is

    Layer first four ingredients in a greased crock-pot.

    Add mushroom soup.

    Turn on high until it goes to cooking, then turn down until it is done.

    Cook two to three hours.

    Leftovers, very good the next day!
