- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Wash artichokes thoroughly and trim points with scissors. Separate the leaves and stuff each leaf well with mixture.

2Cook in deep well or steam cooker for 1 hour.
