Ingredients
- 4 loin chops (1 1/2 to 2-inches thick)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. hot water
Directions

1Slit pocket lengthwise in middle of unboned or meaty side of chop.

2Brown onion and celery in fat.

3Add salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning, bouillon cube and water.

4Stir to dissolve cube.

5Add bread crumbs.

6Stuff each pork chop with 1/4 of mixture.

7Season chops with salt and pepper.

8Place in baking dish.

9Cover.
-
10Bake in moderate oven, 350°, for 1 hour.

11Uncover; bake 30 minutes more to brown.
