- 1 lb. thin sliced sirloin steak (no bone)
- 2 c. stuffing mix
Directions

1Trim fat from steak and pound steak slightly.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper and scant amount of garlic powder.

3Prepare 2 cups stuffing (from mix).

4Cool.

5Spread stuffing on steak; roll up and tie with string every 3 to 4-inches.

6Brown 1 sliced onion in the drippings; add 1 cup water.

7Simmer, then thicken.

8Pour over beef rolls.

9Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

10Good served with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
