  • 1 c. water
  • food coloring (choice)

    Mix flour, salt, oil and cream of tartar.

    Cook on low heat and add food coloring and water to make desired color.

    Add to mixture.

    Cook until like mashed potatoes.

    Store in plastic bag in refrigerator.
