- 4 medium green bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/3 c. tomato sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise; remove core and seeds.

2In a medium bowl mix beef, rice, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, tomato sauce, egg and half of the 8 ounce can of tomato sauce; blend well.

3Spoon beef mixture into bell pepper halves; top with remaining tomato sauce.

4Cover with waxed paper.

5Heat in microwave on Roast for 19 to 22 minutes.

6Allow to stand 4 minutes, covered, before serving.
