- bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground meat
- onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- fresh tomatoes, cut fine
- 1/4 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil peppers for 5 minutes.

2Brown ground meat.

3Add chopped onion, garlic salt, flour, milk, fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce, cooked rice, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

4Mix well and stuff into peppers.

5Cook at 350°

6for 15 minutes.
