- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- hot pepper to taste
- 1 c. precooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drop about 8 bell peppers in boiling water. Bring back to a boil for 5 minutes. Stuff with hamburger mixture. Cover with tomato or cheese and then cook for 30 minutes at 325°.
