Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • 1 lb. ground beef/chuck
  • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled fine
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • hot pepper to taste
  • 1 c. precooked rice
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Drop about 8 bell peppers in boiling water. Bring back to a boil for 5 minutes. Stuff with hamburger mixture. Cover with tomato or cheese and then cook for 30 minutes at 325°.
