Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 bell peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. tomato ketchup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut peppers in half.

2Wash and remove seed.

3Place peppers in pot.

4Cover with water.

5Let boil 3 minutes.

6Drain off water. Brown beef and drain off liquid.

7Mix corn flake crumbs with milk, egg and ketchup.

8Fold browned beef into mixture.

9Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

10Spoon the mixture into pepper halves.

11Place in a baking dish or pan.

12Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
