- 1 loaf unsliced Vienna bread
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 small cans mushroom pieces
Directions

1Cut bread diagonally one way, then turn and cut diagonally the other way.

2Place on enough heavy foil to cover completely.

3Melt butter, poppy seed, salt, mustard, garlic salt and onion.

4Stuff cheese and mushrooms into slits.

5Drizzle butter mixture over top. Wrap in foil.

6Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.

7A little longer won't hurt.

8Great appetizer or side dish!

9Can be frozen and baked when needed.
