Stuffed Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts (10 oz. each)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef or leftover shreds of corned beef
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • salt

Directions

    Cook sprouts in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.

    Cool in cold water.

    Drain well.

    Beat cream cheese, adding milk.

    Add shredded corned beef and horseradish.

    Mix well.

    Cut a wedge out of each sprout.

    Stuff opening with cheese mixture.

    Sprinkle with salt.

    Run a toothpick through each sprout and arrange on platter. Serves 30.
