Stuffed Brussels Sprouts

- 2 pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts (10 oz. each)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef or leftover shreds of corned beef
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- salt
Directions

1Cook sprouts in salted boiling water for 3 minutes.

2Cool in cold water.

3Drain well.

4Beat cream cheese, adding milk.

5Add shredded corned beef and horseradish.

6Mix well.
-
7Cut a wedge out of each sprout.

8Stuff opening with cheese mixture.

9Sprinkle with salt.

10Run a toothpick through each sprout and arrange on platter. Serves 30.
