Stuffed Cabbage

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb. rice
  • 1 large onion, saute
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 12 oz. can Contadina tomato paste

Directions

    Mix the ground chuck, rice, onion, salt and pepper together. Scald cabbage and take off leaves.

    Stuff each leave with chuck mixture.

    Put in pot and cover with water, bring to a boil.
  4. 4
    Add tomato paste, cook on low for 2 hours.
  5. 5
    Prepare same way for pressure cooker, except pressure cook for 30 minutes.
