Stuffed Cabbage

- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. rice
- 1 large onion, saute
- salt and pepper
- 1 large head cabbage
- 12 oz. can Contadina tomato paste
Directions

1Mix the ground chuck, rice, onion, salt and pepper together. Scald cabbage and take off leaves.

2Stuff each leave with chuck mixture.

3Put in pot and cover with water, bring to a boil.

4Add tomato paste, cook on low for 2 hours.

5Prepare same way for pressure cooker, except pressure cook for 30 minutes.
