- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 c. rice
- 2 cans sauerkraut
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 2 small onions
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Steam cabbage until leaves are flexible.

2Cook rice.

3Mix rice and raw ground beef together.

4Add diced onions.

5Take leaves from cabbage head and roll the mixture into the leaves.

6Roll on the vein of leaf; tuck the flexible ends in.

7Put in roasting pan; cover with tomato soup and kraut (mix water with tomato soup). Bake at 300° for 2 1/2 hours.
