- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 3 large onions
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. rice, precooked
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- dash of marjoram
- 2 cabbages
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cabbage and hold out 1/2 can of tomato sauce.

2Core heads of cabbage.

3Put in boiling water and cook until limber.

4Drain and cool.

5Peel off large veins.

6Place meat on cabbage leaves and roll up. Place in pan and cover with the other tomato sauce that has been thinned down with some water. Cover and cook about 2 hours at 325°.
