Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
- 10 to 12 cabbage leaves
- 1 c. rice
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix rice, tomato sauce, ground beef and seasonings.

2Form mixture into 5 or 6 balls.

3Wrap balls in the cabbage leaves using toothpicks to hold in place.

4Put in large pot.

5Cover with rest of tomato sauce and tomatoes and add 1 can of water.

6Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.

7Remove toothpicks before serving.
