- 12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- boiling water
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Trim off thick part of each cabbage leaf.

2Cover leaf with water; soak 2 minutes.

3Mix beef, onion, rice, tomato juice and pepper.

4Place about 3 tablespoons meat mixture on each cabbage leaf.

5Tuck in sides and roll up.
