Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 large head cabbage
Directions

1Remove cabbage leaves carefully; wilt in hot water.

2Blend beef, rice, butter, tomato sauce, salt, red pepper and cinnamon. Place about 2 tablespoons of beef mixture in each leaf; roll up firmly and secure with wooden toothpicks.

3Arrange cabbage rolls close together in pan; cover with tomatoes.

4Cover; simmer 1 hour and 10 minutes or until beef is done.

5Could be baked also in covered casserole.
