Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

  • 8 large cabbage leaves
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Drop cabbage leaves in boiling salt water for few minutes. Drain, combine hamburger meat, onion, salt, pepper, rice and egg together.

    Use 2 tablespoons of soup, roll meat in cabbage leaves. Secure with toothpick in skillet.

    Pour rest of soup over cabbage rolls.

    Simmer for 40 minutes or pressure cook for 10 minutes.
