Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Drop cabbage leaves in boiling salt water for few minutes. Drain, combine hamburger meat, onion, salt, pepper, rice and egg together.

2Use 2 tablespoons of soup, roll meat in cabbage leaves. Secure with toothpick in skillet.

3Pour rest of soup over cabbage rolls.

4Simmer for 40 minutes or pressure cook for 10 minutes.
