  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 2 lb. ground meat (1/2 pork sausage and 1/2 ground beef)
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • sour cream

Directions

    Brown the meat slightly and drain.

    To the meat, add the rice, 1 egg, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 tablespoon parsley and 1/4 teaspoon each of garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt.
