Stuffed Cheese Shells

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 containers (15 oz. each) Ricotta cheese
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. Mueller's jumbo shells, cooked and drained
  • 3 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions

    In medium bowl combine eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

    Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell.

    Arrange in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with spaghetti sauce.

    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.

    Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
