- 1 large jar cherry peppers
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Provolone cheese
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain peppers; set brine aside.

2Cut off tops and scoop seeds out of peppers.

3Roll slices of cheese and Prosciutto and slice into 1-inch pieces.

4Stuff into peppers spiral side up.

5Place in deep sided dish.

6Mix olive oil, brine, oregano, salt and pepper and drizzle over peppers.
