  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Mrs. Cubbison's seasoned stuffing crumbs

Directions

    Place chicken breasts on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Place a piece of Swiss cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Add white wine to chicken soup; stir until mixed and pour over chicken and cheese.

    Spread stuffing crumbs over top of soup; before you spread crumbs, roll over them with a rolling pin to make pieces smaller.

    Drizzle melted butter over top of crumbs. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
