- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
- 6 large, boneless chicken breasts, flattened
- 2 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
Directions

1In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

2Place about 1/4 cup cheese mixture in center of each flattened chicken breast.
