- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 onion (small), chopped fine
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in butter or cooking oil.

2In medium bowl, beat eggs.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

4Stir in the sauteed celery and onion.

5You may put in crab shells if you have them.

6If not, spray cookie sheet with Pam and form in 1/2 cup patties.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
