- 2 c. crab meat
- 9 slices bread, baked at 250~ until crisp-dry and light brown and rolled into crumbs
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 small dry onion
- 3 green onions
- few sprigs parsley
- 3/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Chop the seasoning and lightly fry in butter or margarine. Add crab meat and mix well.

2Add all but 3/4 cup of crumbs to mixture and 1/3 cup of water.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Stuff crab shells or place in casserole dish.

5Sprinkle crumbs over stuffed crabs or casserole and place a small pat of butter on top. Bake for 25 or 30 minutes.
