- 1 c. dry bread
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 large egg plant
- 2 leaves basil
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 4 pieces bacon, cut in small pieces (cooked)
Directions

1Mix all together.

2Cut eggplant in half.

3Cut out the middle and fill with the mixture.

4Fry eggplant on both sides, then put in baking dish.

5Pour tomatoes on top and bake at 375° until done.
