  • 1 to 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
  • 2 ribs celery, diced
  • 1 to 2 onions, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • tomato sauce

Directions

    Saute celery and onions in bacon grease or margarine until celery is transparent but not brown. Crush crackers.

    Add celery and onions.

    Add the eggs and mix together.

    Stuff fish.

    Pour tomato sauce over fish.

    Bake at 350° until fish flakes easily with fork.
