- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. soft tortillas
- 1 can enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix sauce and soups together and heat.

2Brown beef; drain. Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

3Break tortillas into four pieces. Layer tortillas, meat, sauce, cheese, etc., ending with cheese on top.
